Upon booking a room, an official Standards of Conduct will be sent out and signature required agreeing to all rules prior to booking confirmation. A credit card is required to be kept on file at the time of booking for any damaged or stolen property from the business. All band members or friends entering during the time of booking will need to be added to the appointment list. The entire business is equipped with security cameras and will be reviewed as needed.
This is a shared building with many other businesses and tenants.
There is no wandering around the building to or around any of the other businesses. If another business owner or tenant has to ask you to leave their business unit, you will be force to leave the property without a refund.
Use only the room paid for & reserved, do not enter other rooms or take equipment from another room to use.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside of the building and no drugs of any kind may enter the property, inside or in the parking lot.
There is absolutely no underage drinking allowed on the property, inside or in the parking lot.
There is to be absolutely no vandalism to any of part of the business, inside or out, including but not limited to: any part of Vermilion Towers walls, doors, floors, windows, ceilings, gear, furniture within the rehearsal rooms, the common areas or hallways, bathrooms, elevators and stairs, any other units/businesses inside the building, any part of the outside of the building - walls, ceilings, windows, flooring, doors, or any vehicle or piece of equipment, person or animal on the entire property. This includes, but is not limited to, graffiti, stickers (including band stickers), drawing/writing, painting, breaking, damaging or harming any piece of property that you did not bring with you. If any of these guidelines are disobeyed you will be charged for the item in full, or if possible, to be cleaned, with the card on file, banned from returning and turned into the police for vandalism.
There are to be no drinks or food set on any surface of the equipment in the furnished rooms. Equipment that you did not bring should be treated with 100% respect and care
No gear, products or items are to be removed from the rooms or business. If any item, including gear/equipment/cables, furniture, etc. goes missing from the room, you will be charged for the item with the card on file, banned from returning and turned into the police for theft.
All trash must be thrown away upon departure.
Once your appointment time ends, you must collect your personal items and exit the room; whether there is an appointment booked after a session ends, rooms may not be used unless booked and paid for properly.
No disrespectful behavior. Be nice to everyone. This is a community welcoming to all, including other business owners inside the building.
If any of these rules are broken or ignored, it may result in an immediate ban from the business and property, as well as a fee charged for any damaged or stolen gear. Any gear that is taken and not returned will be turned into the police with video evidence and booking information on file. This is expected to be a fun and welcoming place for all with hardworking business owners chasing a dream to provide to the community.. we ask for nothing but respect and kindness to the property and all individuals so we can continue doing this and growing as we can.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone on case by case situations.
Live Event Rules

A security deposit will be collected at the time of booking (considered part of the overall event charge) and a credit card is required to be kept on file for any damaged or stolen property from the business. The entire business is equipped with security cameras and will be reviewed as needed.
This is a shared building with many other businesses and tenants.
A bouncer and/or security is required to be on-site for live events.
Vermilion Towers will provide contacts for a “house” sound engineer to use for all events to ensure gear is used properly.
There is no wandering around the building to or around any of the other businesses.
